I’ve been using Harvest for time tracking and basic invoicing, and overall it does what it’s supposed to do. It’s straightforward, and my team was able to figure it out without a lot of hand-holding.

That said, I do have mixed feelings about the pricing. If you’re a freelancer or a small team mainly using the simpler features, the cost can start to feel a little steep after a while.

I wouldn’t say I regret using it, because it is a solid product. I just wish the plans were a bit more flexible, since I’m not totally convinced the value lines up with the price for everyone...

I use Harvest pretty much every day, but sometimes the tracked time just doesn’t line up with what I actually worked. Not sure why. Then I have to go back and double-check my logs, which gets old fast.

I reached out about a billing issue support got back to me really quickly. They fixed it without making it a whole thing, which I appreciated. Super easy experience.

I’ve had a good experience using Harvest for tracking time on projects. I’m a bit biased toward tools that make it easy to see where everyone’s hours are going, and Harvest does that well enough that our team feels more organized without it being a hassle.
The budget tracking is okay, but it’s not my favorite part. I’m someone who likes cleaner, more flexible budget views, so the project budget side feels a little basic to me. It’s definitely usable, just not as polished as I’d like.

I’ve been using this to log my hours from my phone, and it’s been super easy. No fuss, just open it up and add my time. It’s also saved me a few times when I couldn’t remember exactly what I worked. I had a quick question once and support basically said, “just do it this way and you’ll be set,” which was helpful and straightforward.

I’m not usually a big analytics person, but these reports actually make sense to me. The information is laid out clearly enough that I can quickly see what’s going on and figure out what it means for my own work without feeling overwhelmed.

I tried using Harvest it felt confusing right from the start. Stuff that should’ve been simple took way too many clicks, and I kept getting lost trying to figure out where things were. maybe it works great for some people, but for me, it just wasn’t easy to use at All.

I wanted to like it, but the integrations have been kind of a headache. Our Slack sync stopped working, and QuickBooks feels clunky to use. For what we’re paying, I was expecting things to be smoother and less time-consuming.

I started using this maybe back in March or April, can’t remember exactly, but it’s made invoicing way easier. I send them out without much fuss, and payments have been coming in faster than before. Happy with it so far.
